| Catherine: I have E.C.E experience, two years of Speech Pathology and Behavior Management with the Durham Board of Ed., and an honors diploma in Business Administration and Accounting. Five years of Guiding and Scouting on my own time has inspired many of the theme day events, and has expanded my experience working with children. I love working with the kids, and I'm definitely not afraid to get dressed up and be silly! Care: I believe that a clean, well organized & structured learning & loving environment is the best situation for any child. I offer an Early Learning Preschool & After school program full of arts & crafts, drama, music, dress up, games & other activities every Tuesday and Thursday. I offer before and after school care for school aged children who are transported back and forth via Blueline. Meals, snacks & Program included in daily rates as well as family discounted rates where applicable. There is a four week rotating menu in effect as well as a daily schedule. Hours: * Monday 6am to 6pm * Tuesday 6am to 8pm * Wednesday 6am to 6pm * Thursday 6am to 8pm * Friday 6am to 6pm Saturday & Sunday as well as all Statutory & Civic Holidays the daycare is closed. ** Some evening & weekend care available through Meagan age 16 & Lindsay age 14. My Home Includes:
|
| Meagan: My daughter, Meagan, is a very mature 16 year old who is a great help in the daycare. She enjoys playing with the children outside or in the playroom if I am busy, and helps me run the activities on theme days. Often, Meagan thinks of crafts and theme ideas. Meagan has taken first aid and babysitting courses, and has been in Girl Guides for 11 years. |
| Lindsay: My youngest daughter is 14, and doesn't hesitate to help out with the cleaning, preparing meals, or playing with the older, school-aged children. She often baby-sits many of my clients outside of daycare hours. Lindsay has taken first aid and babysitting courses, and has been in girl Guides for 8 years. |
